Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
HerEstrogen ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and delivered within days at most after a licensed clinician has reviewed and approved your treatment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Because every order requires clinician review and pharmacy compounding or dispensing, processing time begins after clinical approval, not at checkout.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive sooner. In no case will delivery take longer than days from clinical approval without us contacting you.
During periods of high volume, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order. Standard shipping is a $19.99 value that HerEstrogen covers on your behalf. You will not be charged a separate shipping fee at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Packaging
Medication may not be shipped in child-resistant packaging. Keep all medication out of the reach of children.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or arrives in a condition that concerns you, contact us at support@herestrogen.com or 804-715-0329. Do not use medication that appears damaged or tampered with.
You do not need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Contact us and we will resolve it with the dispensing pharmacy.
