Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to your membership in the HerEstrogen subscription program. It is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
Your Subscription
Your membership begins once you have completed the intake form and paid for your first term. Your membership includes access to licensed clinicians, medication where clinically appropriate, and patient support.
There is no guarantee of results, and no guarantee that a clinician will prescribe any medication to you.
How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time, for any reason. You can cancel:
- Online, through your account in the patient portal
- By email to support@herestrogen.com
- By phone at 804-715-0329
If you signed up online, you may cancel online. We will not require you to complete any step to cancel that is more difficult than the steps you took to enroll.
Cancellation requests received at least 72 hours before your next billing date take effect before that charge. Requests received inside that window may process on the following billing cycle. After cancellation, you continue to receive membership services through the end of the term you have already paid for.
Refunds
Prescription medication that has been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned for refund, reuse, or resale. Federal law prohibits pharmacies from accepting returned prescription medication back into inventory once it has been dispensed to a patient. This is a safety requirement, not a HerEstrogen policy choice.
You will receive a refund in each of the following circumstances:
- Clinical disqualification. If a clinician determines you are not appropriate for treatment, you will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation within 72 hours. If you cancel within 72 hours of starting your term and have not yet received any services, you will be refunded in full.
- Unshipped months on the quarterly plan. If you are on a quarterly plan and cancel partway through, you will be refunded for any months in which no medication was shipped to you.
For monthly plans, the month in which you cancel is not refunded, and prior months are not refunded.
Except as described above, membership fees are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything appears damaged, incorrect, or has arrived in a condition that concerns you, contact us immediately at support@herestrogen.com or 804-715-0329.
Do not use medication that appears damaged, tampered with, or otherwise compromised.
Damaged items will be replaced by the dispensing pharmacy. Incorrect items will be replaced by the dispensing pharmacy. You do not need to file a claim with the shipping carrier — contact us and we will handle it.
What Your Membership Price Includes
Your membership is a single price covering clinician review and consultations, ongoing care management, patient support, and fulfillment of prescribed medication through the HerEstrogen Pharmacy Network where you elect that option.
If a clinician determines you are no longer eligible to continue treatment, your membership will be canceled and a refund issued in accordance with this policy. Contact support@herestrogen.com with any questions about an eligibility-initiated cancellation.
