Subscription Services
Your membership in the HerEstrogen subscription program (the "Subscription Service"), including your ability to access the services, begins when you have completed the intake form. Billing for your selected plan is processed by our medical partner, OpenLoop Health, at the time of intake. Payment terms, renewal mechanics, and card-on-file handling are governed by OpenLoop's Terms of Use, which you accept during checkout. Plan options:
- 3-month plan: $477.00 total ($159/month)
- 6-month plan: $762.00 total ($127/month effective)
- 12-month plan: $1,140.00 total ($95/month effective)
The Subscription Service includes access to a licensed clinician via our medical partner, OpenLoop Health, prescription medication when clinically appropriate, messaging with the clinical team during your plan, periodic check-ins, and free shipping. Treatment is subject to clinician determination and is not guaranteed.

If you are disqualified by our medical provider for any medical reason, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time, for any reason. To cancel your Subscription Service, please contact customer service at support@herestrogen.com and request a cancellation, or follow the process outlined in your online account (where available).
After cancellation, you will continue to receive the Subscription Service through the end of your current billing cycle.
Please see the Refund Policy below to determine whether you are eligible for a refund of your cancelled Subscription Service.
Refund Policy
You may request — or be issued — a refund for your current billing cycle only if, at the time of the request or cancellation, your medication has not yet been ordered. For new patients, this is generally upon submission of your intake form (if no live video visit is required) or at the completion of the video visit (if a live visit is required). For returning patients, this is typically when a refill intake is submitted for the specific billing cycle.
Our refund policy adheres to pharmaceutical regulations and best practices. Federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications to pharmacies for refund or reuse once they have been ordered to a patient, in order to protect public health and safety. If your medication has been ordered prior to cancellation, you are not eligible for a refund. This policy ensures that all medications provided are handled and dispensed with the utmost care and compliance.
Refunds will only be issued for your most recent billing cycle and will not be issued for past billing cycles.
Refunds for Multi-Month (Bundle) Pricing
If you purchased a multi-month plan (6-month or 12-month), refunds will be calculated as a prorated amount based on the number of months of medication shipments you have already received, using the regular 3-month plan rate ($159/month) as the non-bundle reference price.
Example: if you are on the 12-month plan ($1,140 paid) and request a refund after receiving 4 months of shipments, the refund equals $1,140 − (4 × $159) = $504, less any non-refundable processing fees applicable by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your medication immediately upon receipt. If the medication appears to be damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately at support@herestrogen.com. In most cases, damaged or incorrect medications will be replaced by the pharmacy. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon evidence of damage or that the incorrect medication was received. When possible, the medication will be replaced rather than refunded.
Subscription Services FAQs
What is included in my Subscription Service price?
Your Subscription Service is a single, flat price for the plan term you select. The price includes:
- Intake review by an independent licensed clinician via OpenLoop Health (both asynchronous review and, where required by state law or clinical need, a live video visit);
- Prescription medication where clinically appropriate, fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy partner;
- Messaging access with the clinical team during your plan;
- Periodic check-ins with the clinician;
- Free shipping; and
- Care-team support during normal business hours.
Specific services, labs, and medications covered by the single Subscription Service price may vary based on your clinical picture and your clinician's determination.
What if my provider determines I am no longer eligible for the Subscription Services?
If your clinician determines you are no longer eligible for the Subscription Service, your subscription will be cancelled and a refund may be issued, consistent with the Refund Policy above. If you have questions or concerns about an eligibility-initiated cancellation, please contact our customer service at support@herestrogen.com.
How does this relate to your Terms of Service?
Unless otherwise stated herein, HerEstrogen's Terms of Service govern this Cancellation and Refund Policy. In all events, you are responsible for all fees from services and healthcare services rendered; this Cancellation and Refund Policy governs fees for the Subscription Service only.
